I'm Beau and I was born with tons of energy I love to run, swim, bike, hike, rock climb--anything to stay active and fit. My friends tell me I’m lucky that I still have the energy of a five year old. I tell them that being active gives me that energy! My website is full of information that will motivate anyone and everyone (including reluctant exercisers) to get up, get moving and have fun being active.
